  • NCT00595946 または NCT00597428 で 12 週間の盲検治療を完了している
  • がんに関連しない慢性疼痛については、フルアゴニストアヘン剤による一貫した治療を継続し、研究期間中アヘン剤療法を継続する予定
  • プロトコールごとに定義されている、禁止されている薬剤の使用を控え続ける意思がある

除外基準:
