- -解剖学的または併存状態のいずれかによる頸動脈内膜切除術による有害事象のリスクが高い被験者 同側または両側の頸動脈疾患の治療において頸動脈血行再建術を必要とする患者。
- -神経学的症状があり、超音波または血管造影法による総内頸動脈および/または分岐の50％以上の狭窄を有する被験者 OR
- -神経学的症状がなく、超音波または血管造影による総内頸動脈および/または分岐の80％以上の狭窄がない被験者。
- -被験者は、標的病変で4.0mm以上9.0mm以下の基準血管径を有し、標的病変の遠位の血管径が3.5mm以上5.5mm以下であるFilterWire EZ システムを配置するための最適な「ランディング ゾーン」として。
- -対象は、すべてのフォローアップ要件を喜んで順守することができます。
- -対象者は、レジストリに参加する前に署名済みのインフォームドコンセントを提供しています。
除外基準:
- 抗凝固および/または抗血小板療法が禁忌である患者
- -ガイドカテーテル、シース、塞栓保護システムまたはステントシステムの安全な導入を妨げる重度の血管のねじれまたは解剖学的構造を有する患者
- 未治療の出血性疾患の患者
- 総頸動脈口の病変。
