- 対象集団における豆類の毎日の摂取の忍容性を判断する
- 白血球の発現プロファイルの変化を特定します。

研究デザイン:
- これは、動脈疾患を持つ個人の毎日の脈拍摂取に関連する健康上の利点を調査するために設計された、単一のサイト、オープン登録、食事の概念実証、食品物質の研究です。
- 各被験者は、毎日 1 回分当たり 1/4 カップの豆類を摂取し、その後 1 日 1 回分当たり最低 1/2 カップの豆類を摂取することからなる 7 日間の適応期間を受けます。
- 被験者の合計参加期間は 8 週間です。

- 足首上腕指数が0.90以下および無症候性頸動脈狭窄病変が50%を超えることで定義される跛行を伴う末梢動脈疾患の存在
- 男性または女性(40歳以上)

- 提案された研究スケジュール期間中(8週間)予想される変化のない安定した投薬プロファイル

- 透析が必要な腎不全
