DERAIL MRSA プログラムに対する私たちの仮説は、施設内の人々の望ましい生活様式を妨げない方法で、ほぼすべての居住者 (患者) から感染リスクを安全に取り除くことができ、それによって感染リスクを軽減し、感染リスクを下げることができるというものです。予防可能な病気を回避することで医療費を削減します。
調査の概要
詳細な説明
主要評価項目は、対照群と比較した介入群における MRSA 定着率の減少 (割合) を測定することになります。
副次評価項目の 1 つは、介入群と対照群における MRSA 疾患の発生率 (患者 1,000 人当たりおよび患者 10,000 日当たりの感染数) を比較することです。
もう 1 つの副次評価項目は、MRSA スクリーニングと除菌の費用を決定し、対照群における MRSA 疾患の治療費用 (薬剤費と MRSA 感染症治療に必要な入院費用の両方) と比較することです。
MRSA制御という主な目標を達成することは、研究者が達成しようとしている2つの副次的な目標も示すことになる。1つは、LTCFにおける特定の医療関連感染症の問題に対する科学的かつ計画的なアプローチにより、これらの問題を解決できること、もう1つは、急性期患者と急性期患者との連携により、これらの問題を解決できることである。長期ケア(例えば、少なくとも 5 年間にわたる継続的な関係)は、米国の医療連続体全体で患者の安全と質の高い実践に取り組む上で有益です。

MRSAの積極的監視検査と陽性者の除菌
|
ムピロシン カルシウム 2% を 1 日 2 回、鼻孔および開いた傷に 5 日間投与し、液体石鹸として 4% クロルヘキシジンを使用した入浴またはシャワーを行う。
