상세 설명
1차 종점은 대조군과 비교하여 중재군에서 MRSA 집락화 유병률(백분율)의 감소를 측정하는 것입니다.
한 가지 2차 평가변수는 개입 및 대조군에서 MRSA 질환의 비율(환자 1,000명당 감염 수 및 환자 10,000일)을 비교하는 것입니다.
다른 2차 종점은 MRSA 스크리닝 및 탈집락화 비용을 결정하고 대조군에서 MRSA 질병 치료 비용(약물 비용 및 MRSA 감염 요법 치료에 필요한 입원 비용 모두)과 비교하는 것입니다.
MRSA 통제라는 우리의 1차 목표를 달성하는 것은 또한 조사자들이 달성하고자 하는 두 가지 2차 목표를 보여줄 것입니다. 장기 치료(예: 최소 5년에 걸친 지속적인 관계)는 United Sates Healthcare 연속체 전체에서 환자 안전 및 품질 관행을 다루는 데 도움이 됩니다.
