このパイロット研究の目標は、3 つの食事メッセージを調査するランダム化比較試験を実施することです: 果物と野菜を増やす [増加]、エネルギー密度が高く、栄養価の低いスナック食品を減らす [減少]、または果物と野菜を増やしてスナック食品を減らす[増加+減少]、6 か月以内、家族ベースの肥満予防介入。 それぞれの症状では、家族の夕食と身体活動の増加にも重点が置かれます。 主な仮説は次のとおりです。 1) 増加 + 減少は、6 か月時点で増加および減少よりも F&V:SF の比率が大きく消費されます。

- 参加を予定している子供と親が果物や野菜の摂取に関連する食事制限を受けていることを報告する
- 身体活動の制限

実験的:条件を下げる
スナック食品の減少条件では、参加者はSF(キャンディー、クッキー、ケーキ、アイスクリーム、ポテトチップス、ナッツ)の摂取量を週3食分未満に減らします(6歳から12歳の子供の場合、固形脂肪と追加の砂糖エネルギー)制限は 840 kcal/週であり、削減目標はこの制限を達成するのに役立ちます)。
子供と親は徐々にこれらの目標の達成に向けて取り組み、これらの行動を自己監視するようになります。
