目的
- 重大な不安を抱える治療後の肺がん生存者75人を対象とした、デバイス誘導呼吸と音楽のランダム化研究の実現可能性(獲得、参加、遵守、定着)を評価する。
- 治療後の肺における不安の軽減(一次アウトカム)と自己申告の呼吸困難と呼吸機能の改善(二次アウトカム)について、機器誘導呼吸介入の2回投与と音楽対照群のばらつきと有効性に関する予備データを取得する。がん生存者。
- その後のランダム化研究のために、デバイス誘導呼吸介入(15 分を 1 日 1 回または 1 日 2 回)の最適な用量を選択します。

- 肺がんの過去の病歴
- ステージ I ~ III の疾患の場合、患者は手術、放射線療法、および/または化学療法の完了後 2 ~ 24 か月であり、12 週間の研究期間中にさらなる治療が予定されておらず、疾患の証拠がないことが必要です。
- ステージ IV の疾患の場合、患者は治療を受けていないか、最新の画像診断で進行性疾患が示されていない場合、標的薬剤、化学療法、または免疫療法による維持療法を受けている可能性があります。
- 3 つのスクリーニング アンケートをすべて完了した後、参加者が資格を得るには、少なくとも 1 つのアンケートでそれに応じたスコアを獲得する必要があります。
- 簡単な導入セッションに参加し、割り当てられたデバイスを指定された期間 (1 日 1 回または 2 回 15 分) 、少なくとも週に 5 日、12 週間使用する意思がある/使用できる

除外基準:
- 患者は英語が分かりません
- 活動性肺感染症
- 進行性がん(病気の証拠がない、または安定していると見なされなければなりません)
- 過去30日間の向精神薬の変更
- 介入に参加できない難聴。 参加するのに適切な聴力があるかどうかは、以下によって判断されます。 (1) 質問 [「現在、聴力に問題がありますか?」] に対する「いいえ」の回答 補聴器を使用している参加者は、聴力が十分に聞こえる限り、登録が許可されます。研究用デバイスの音。 必要に応じて、潜在的な研究参加者は、RESPeRATE デバイスを使用した簡単なテストトライアルを受けます。 誘導音が聞こえないことを示した場合は、研究に登録されません。
コルチゾールの排除
- 内分泌疾患(糖尿病や甲状腺疾患など)を患っている参加者、またはステロイドベースの投薬を受けている参加者は、研究のコルチゾール部分から除外されます(許可されている局所ヒドロコルチゾンを除く)。

|
不安を軽減するための、装置誘導呼吸介入の 2 回投与と通常の呼吸制御群の変動と有効性に関する予備データを取得する。
これは、不安とうつ病の認知症状と行動症状を表す 14 項目の自己申告尺度です。臨床的に重大な症状は、0 ~ 42 の範囲の 8 以上のスコアで示されます。
スコアが高いほど、不安が大きいことを示します。
