목표
- 상당한 불안이 있는 치료 후 폐암 생존자 75명을 대상으로 장치 안내 호흡 및 음악에 대한 무작위 연구의 타당성(발생, 참여, 준수, 유지)을 평가합니다.
- 치료 후 폐에서 불안 감소(1차 결과) 및 자가 보고된 호흡곤란 및 호흡 기능 개선(2차 결과)을 위한 장치 유도 호흡 개입의 2회 용량 대 음악 대조군의 가변성 및 효능에 대한 예비 데이터를 얻기 위해 암 생존자.
- 후속 무작위 연구를 위해 장치 안내 호흡 개입의 최적 용량(1일 1회 또는 1일 2회 15분)을 선택합니다.

포함 기준:
- 폐암의 과거력
- 1기-3기 질환의 경우, 환자는 수술, 방사선 요법 및/또는 화학 요법 완료 후 2-24개월이 되어야 하며 12주 연구 동안 추가 계획된 치료가 없고 질병의 증거가 없어야 합니다.
- IV기 질환의 경우, 환자는 치료를 받지 않고 있거나 가장 최근의 영상에서 진행성 질환을 나타내지 않는 한 표적 약제, 화학 요법 또는 면역 요법으로 유지 치료를 받고 있을 수 있습니다.
- 세 가지 스크리닝 설문지를 모두 완료한 후 참가자는 자격이 되려면 적어도 하나의 설문지에서 그에 따라 점수를 매겨야 합니다.
- 12주 동안 주 5일 이상 지정된 시간(하루 1~2회 15분) 동안 간단한 입문 세션에 참석하고 지정된 장치를 사용할 의향/가능

- 진행성 암(질병의 증거가 없거나 안정적인 것으로 간주되어야 함)
- 지난 30일 동안 향정신성 약물의 변화
- 중재에 참여하지 못하게 하는 청력 상실. 참여하기에 적합한 청력은 다음을 통해 결정됩니다. (1) ["지금 청력에 문제가 있습니까?"] 질문에 "아니오"로 응답 보청기를 사용하는 참가자는 청력이 들을 수 있는 한 등록할 수 있습니다. 연구 장치의 소리. 필요한 경우 잠재적인 연구 참가자는 RESPeRATE 장치로 간단한 테스트 시험을 받게 됩니다. 안내음을 들을 수 없다고 표시하면 연구에 등록되지 않습니다.
코르티솔 배제

불안을 줄이기 위한 일반적인 호흡 통제 그룹과 비교하여 장치 안내 호흡 개입의 두 가지 용량의 변동성과 효능에 대한 예비 데이터를 얻기 위해.
이것은 불안과 우울증의 인지 및 행동 증상에 대한 14개 항목의 자가 보고 척도입니다. 임상적으로 유의한 증상은 0에서 42까지의 범위에서 8점 이상으로 표시됩니다.
점수가 높을수록 더 많은 불안을 나타냅니다.
