バックグラウンド。 胆石症および胆嚢摘出術を含む胆石症 (GSD) は、世界中で一般的な消化器疾患であり、チリは報告されている胆石の有病率が最も高い国の 1 つです。 GSD、特に胆嚢摘出術は、非アルコール性脂肪肝疾患 (NAFLD) と関連しています。 以前の研究では、研究者は胆嚢摘出術と NAFLD のリスクが高いこととの関連を男性のみで確認しました。 さらに、研究者らは、男性の胆石キャリアの 3 年間で心血管イベントのリスクが高いことを発見しました。 研究者は、集団に合わせてカスタマイズされたリスク低減戦略の有効性を評価することにより、トランスレーショナル リサーチに向けて前進することを目指しています。
学習目標。 以下に基づいて代謝リスク低減戦略を評価するには: 1. 筋肉量と筋力を増加させるための運動試験、および 2. 抗炎症食、睡眠衛生、および長期間の絶食期間に基づく栄養介入。
