コグニラムは自閉症治療の臨床実践に影響を与える可能性がある。
研究の開始時、5 週間後、終了時に、臨床医は CARS-2、SRS、CGI、および介護者の面接を完了します。さらに、週に 1 時間の治療セッション中に介護者にアンケートが実施されます。

- 自閉症スペクトラム障害(ADOS-2またはADI-Rでは自閉症障害と診断される)。
- ベースラインでの年齢は 4 ~ 12 歳。
- 7項目の臨床全体的印象重症度スケールで中等度以上(≧4)の自閉症重症度。 中程度の自閉症重症度 (4) は、言語障害を伴う ASD の診断によって定義されます。
- 研究期間中、進行中のすべての補完的、食事療法、伝統的療法、および行動療法を一定に維持する能力。
- 研究参加前の 2 か月間、継続的な補完的、食事的、伝統的、行動的治療を受ける
- 研究者の裁量で決定される手順に耐える能力。
- 研究者がアクセスできる EDF 形式のデータを含む少なくとも 1 つの 24 時間 EEG。
除外基準:
- 重大な自傷行為または暴力的な行為、または自殺念慮、自殺計画、または行動の証拠
- CGI で定義される重度の影響を受けた子供 - 重症度標準スコア = 7 (重篤)
- 病歴によって判断される重度の未熟児(妊娠 34 週未満)
- 胃食道逆流症は、胃食道逆流症が制御されていないため、発作のような動きを引き起こす可能性があります。
