- 自闭症谱系障碍(在 ADOS-2 或 ADI-R 上诊断为自闭症)。
- 基线年龄在 4 岁至 12 岁之间。
- 根据 7 项临床总体印象严重程度量表,自闭症严重程度为中度或以上(≥4)。 中度自闭症严重程度 (4) 是通过诊断患有语言障碍的自闭症谱系障碍来定义的。
- 能够在研究期间保持所有持续的补充、饮食、传统和行为治疗不变。
- 研究开始前两个月补充、饮食、传统和行为治疗保持不变
- 耐受程序的能力,由研究者自行决定。
- 至少一份 24 小时脑电图,其中数据采用 EDF 格式,可供研究人员访问。
排除标准:
- 明显的自虐或暴力行为或自杀意念、计划或行为的证据
- CGI-严重性标准评分定义为重度受影响的儿童 = 7(病重)
- 根据病史确定严重早产(<妊娠 34 周)
- 由于胃食管反流病,目前不受控制的胃食管反流病可导致看起来像癫痫发作的运动
