이 연구에서 제안된 개입은 근적외선(NIR) 빛, 즉 경두개 광생체변조(tPBM)를 자폐아의 뇌에 비침습적으로 전달하게 됩니다.
이는 일주일에 두 번, 10주 동안 진행됩니다.
NIR 빛은 Jelikalite가 개발한 웨어러블 장치인 Cognilum을 통해 특정 뇌 영역에 전달됩니다.
예상되는 결과는 집중력 향상, 눈맞춤 향상, 말하기 향상, 행동 향상, 기능적 기술 향상입니다.
Cognilum은 자폐증 치료의 임상 실습에 영향을 미칠 수 있습니다.
연구 시작 시, 5주 및 종료 시 임상의는 CARS-2, SRS, CGI 및 간병인 인터뷰를 완료합니다. 또한 매주 1시간 치료 세션 중 하나 동안 간병인에게 설문지가 제공됩니다.

- 자폐 스펙트럼 장애(ADOS-2 또는 ADI-R에서 자폐 장애로 진단됨).
- 기준 연령은 4세에서 12세 사이입니다.
- 7개 항목의 임상적 전반적 인상 심각도 척도에서 중등도 이상의 자폐증 심각도(≥4). 중등도 수준의 자폐증 심각도(4)는 언어 장애가 있는 ASD 진단으로 정의됩니다.
- 연구 기간 동안 진행 중인 모든 보완, 식이, 전통 및 행동 치료를 일정하게 유지할 수 있는 능력.
- 연구 시작 전 2개월 동안 변경되지 않은 보완, 식이, 전통 및 행동 치료
- 조사자의 재량에 따라 결정된 절차를 견딜 수 있는 능력.
- 조사자가 접근할 수 있는 EDF 형식의 데이터가 포함된 최소 24시간 EEG.
제외 기준:
- 심각한 자기 학대 또는 폭력 행위 또는 자살 생각, 계획 또는 행동의 증거
- CGI-심각도 표준 점수 = 7(심각한 질병)로 정의된 심각한 영향을 받은 아동
- 병력에 따라 심각한 미숙아(임신 34주 미만)
- GERD로 인해 현재 조절되지 않는 위식도 역류 질환은 발작처럼 보이는 움직임을 유발할 수 있습니다.

- 선천성 뇌 기형
- PI가 결정한 모든 의학적 상태는 연구 대상자의 안전을 위태롭게 하거나 데이터의 무결성을 손상시킬 수 있습니다.
