詳細な説明
標準的なACLRリハビリテーションへの神経筋電気刺激(NMES)の添加は、標準的な治療のみと比較して膝の伸展と屈曲を改善することが実証されています。
NMESは、ACLR回復の標準ケアと比較して、機能テストにおける機能性試験における絶対筋肉の強度の増加を、下肢の荷重対称性、歩行速度、姿勢時間、ケイデンス、最大自発的等尺性収縮、運動単位の挙動、筋肉の質、改善したことも示しています。
この研究では、標準的なACLRリハビリテーションプログラムに従っている患者と、標準リハビリに加えてNMEを使用する患者に従う患者における双頭および外科的筋力対称性を比較します。

- KUMCスポーツ医学のACLR外科患者
- 15〜50歳
- 18〜30 kg/m2のBMI
- 過去6か月以内に身体機能に影響を与える制限はありません(ACL損傷を含まない)
除外基準:
- 外科的治療を伴う以前の下肢または脊椎損傷
- 以前の脊椎手術
- 下肢の損傷(ACL以外)は、過去6か月間の2週間以上にわたって身体活動への参加を妨げています
- 非英語を話す
- 脆弱な人口、囚人、または州の病棟
