표준 ACLR 재활에 신경 근육 전기 자극 (NMES)을 첨가하는 것은 표준 처리와 비교하여 무릎 확장 및 굴곡을 개선시키는 것으로 입증되었다.
NMES는 또한 ACLR 회복의 표준 관리와 비교하여 기능성 테스트의 절대 근력 강도의 증가 된 저 사지 하중 대칭, 보행 속도, 입장 시간, 케이던스, 최대 자발적 등각 수축, 운동 품질 및 절대 근육 강도의 증가를 보여 주었다.

- 15 ~ 50 세
- 18-30 kg/m2 사이의 BMI

- 외과 치료와 관련된 이전의하지 또는 척추 손상
- 이전 척추 수술
