造血幹細胞移植(HCT)患者の罹患率および死亡率を低減するためのACT(ACTivate)
本研究は、HCT患者におけるアクセプタンス&コミットメント・セラピー(ACT)の適用を検証する、フェーズ2の多施設共同無作為化比較試験です。
ACTは、心理的柔軟性と行動に重点を置いたエビデンスに基づく認知行動療法介入であり、身体的および感情的不快感にもかかわらず適切な身体活動を維持するのに役立つ行動に焦点を当てるよう、移植患者を支援します。

- 約30日以内に同種造血細胞移植(HCT)を受ける予定であること
- 男性および/または女性、年齢18~80歳
- 研究期間を通じて生活様式の考慮事項を遵守することに同意すること
- 技術ベースの介入に参加するために必要なリソース(コンピューター、スマートフォン、インターネットアクセスなど)へのアクセスがあること。

ACTivate群の参加者はACTivateセッションに参加します。

ACTivateセッションはACTに基づいており、不確実で困難な治療経過、副作用、合併症に直面しながら、患者と介護者が身体活動と栄養に関する推奨事項を遵守できるよう、心理的柔軟性スキルを訓練します。
セッションは患者と介護者の両方を対象に合同で実施されます。
介入者は修士レベルの心理学専門家が担当します。
すべてのセッションは遠隔で実施され、音声録音されます。
