이 연구는 수용전념치료(ACT)를 조혈모세포 이식(HCT) 환자에게 적용하는 것을 시험하기 위한 2상, 다기관, 무작위 대조 시험입니다.

- 참여자가 본 연구를 이해하고 서면 동의서에 서명할 의사가 있을 것. 참고: IRB 정책 및 승인에 따라 REDCap를 통한 원격/전자 동의가 허용됨.
- 연구 기간 동안 모든 연구 절차와 생활 방식 고려사항을 준수할 의사와 참여 가능성이 있을 것
- 약 30일 내에 동종 조혈모세포 이식을 계획할 것
- 만 18세에서 80세 사이의 남성 및/또는 여성
- 연구 기간 동안 생활 방식 고려사항을 준수할 것에 동의
- 기술 기반 중재에 참여하기 위한 필요한 자원(예: 컴퓨터, 스마트폰, 인터넷 접속)에 접근 가능. 참고: 필요한 경우 참여자에게 스마트폰이 제공됨.
- 영어 또는 스페인어로 읽고 쓸 수 있음(다른 언어로 훈련된 ACT 중재 전문가가 부족하기 때문)

- 다른 행동 중재 연구에 동시에 참여 중임.

ACTivate 세션은 ACT를 기반으로 하며, 불확실하고 어려운 치료 과정, 부작용 및 합병증에 직면하여 환자와 돌봄 제공자가 신체 활동 및 영양 권장사항을 준수하도록 돕기 위해 심리적 유연성 기술을 훈련합니다.
세션은 환자와 돌봄 제공자 모두를 포함하여 함께 진행됩니다.
중재자는 석사 수준의 심리학 전문가입니다.
모든 세션은 원격으로 진행되며 녹음됩니다.
