To badanie to wieloośrodkowe, kontrolowane badanie z randomizacją fazy 2, mające na celu przetestowanie zastosowania Terapii Akceptacji i Zaangażowania (ACT) u pacjentów po HCT.
ACT to oparta na dowodach interwencja w zakresie terapii poznawczo-behawioralnej, która kładzie nacisk na elastyczność psychologiczną i zachowania, pomagając pacjentom po przeszczepie skupić się na działaniach, które mogą pomóc w utrzymaniu odpowiedniej aktywności fizycznej pomimo fizycznego i emocjonalnego dyskomfortu.

Kryteria włączenia dla pacjenta:
- Zdolność uczestnika do zrozumienia tego badania oraz jego gotowość do podpisania pisemnej świadomej zgody. UWAGA: Zdalna / elektroniczna zgoda za pośrednictwem REDCap jest dozwolona zgodnie z polityką i zatwierdzeniem IRB.
- Zadeklarowana gotowość do przestrzegania wszystkich procedur badania i uwzględnienia stylu życia oraz dostępność przez cały okres trwania badania
- Plan poddania się allogenicznemu HCT za około 30 dni
- Mężczyźni i/lub kobiety w wieku 18 - 80 lat
- Zgoda na przestrzeganie Uwzględnień Stylu Życia przez cały okres trwania badania
- Dostęp do niezbędnych zasobów do udziału w interwencji opartej na technologii (tj. komputer, smartfon, dostęp do internetu). UWAGA: Smartfon zostanie zapewniony uczestnikom w razie potrzeby.
- Umiejętność czytania/pisania w języku angielskim lub hiszpańskim (ponieważ brakuje nam przeszkolonych interwentów ACT w innych językach)
Kryteria włączenia dla opiekuna:
- Zdolność uczestnika do zrozumienia tego badania oraz jego gotowość do podpisania pisemnej świadomej zgody. UWAGA: Zdalna / elektroniczna zgoda za pośrednictwem REDCap jest dozwolona zgodnie z polityką i zatwierdzeniem IRB.
- Zadeklarowana gotowość do przestrzegania wszystkich procedur badania i uwzględnienia stylu życia oraz dostępność przez cały okres trwania badania
- Mężczyźni i/lub kobiety w wieku 18-80 lat

Kryteria wykluczenia dla pacjenta:
- Opiekun niechętny do rejestracji (jako standard opieki, wszyscy pacjenci HCT muszą mieć opiekuna, ale opiekunowie mogą odmówić udziału w tym badaniu, co spowodowałoby, że pacjent nie kwalifikuje się do tego badania)
- Zdiagnozowana choroba psychiczna lub sytuacja społeczna, która ograniczałaby przestrzeganie wymagań badania
- Równoległy udział w innym badaniu naukowym dotyczącym interwencji behawioralnej.
- Ograniczenia aktywności, które ograniczają zdolność do podejmowania intensywnej aktywności fizycznej
Kryteria wykluczenia dla opiekuna:
- Pacjent niechętny do rejestracji
Zdiagnozowana choroba psychiczna lub sytuacja społeczna, która ograniczałaby przestrzeganie wymagań badania
• Równoległy udział w innym badaniu naukowym dotyczącym interwencji behawioralnej.

Uczestnicy w ramieniu ACTivate będą uczestniczyć w sesjach ACTivate.

Sesje ACTivate opierają się na Terapii Akceptacji i Zaangażowania (ACT) i uczą umiejętności elastyczności psychologicznej, aby pomóc pacjentom i opiekunom przestrzegać zaleceń dotyczących aktywności fizycznej i odżywiania w obliczu niepewnego i trudnego przebiegu leczenia, skutków ubocznych i powikłań.
Sesje będą prowadzone wspólnie (obejmują zarówno pacjenta, jak i opiekuna). Prowadzącymi będą specjaliści psychologii z wykształceniem magisterskim. Wszystkie sesje będą prowadzone zdalnie i nagrywane dźwiękowo. |
