ACT vähentämään tautitapausten määrää ja kuolleisuutta hematopoieettisen kantasolusiirron potilailla (ACTivate)
ACT vähentämään veren kantasolusiirron (HCT) potilaiden sairastuvuutta ja kuolleisuutta (ACTivate)
Tämä tutkimus on vaiheen 2 monikeskuksellinen satunnaistettu kontrolloitu koe, jossa testataan Hyväksymis- ja Sitoutumisterapian (ACT) soveltamista HCT-potilaille.
ACT on näyttöön perustuva kognitiivisen käyttäytymisterapian interventio, joka korostaa psykologista joustavuutta ja käyttäytymistä, auttaen siirtoleikkauspotilaita keskittymään toimintoihin, jotka voivat auttaa ylläpitämään riittävää fyysistä aktiivisuutta huolimatta fyysisestä ja emotionaalisesta epämukavuudesta.

Kuvaus
Potilaan osallistumiskriteerit:
- Osallistujan kyky ymmärtää tämä tutkimus ja osallistujan halukkuus allekirjoittaa kirjallinen tietoon perustuva suostumus. HUOM: Etä-/sähköinen suostumus REDCap-järjestelmän kautta sallittu IRB-käytännön ja hyväksynnän mukaisesti.
- Ilmoitettu halukkuus noudattaa kaikkia tutkimusmenettelyjä ja elämäntapaharkintoja sekä saatavuus tutkimuksen keston ajan
- Aikomus suorittaa allogeeninen kantasolusiirto noin 30 päivän kuluessa
- Miehet ja/tai naiset, ikä 18–80 vuotta
- Sitoumus noudattaa elämäntapaharkintoja koko tutkimuksen ajan
- Pääsy tarvittaviin resursseihin teknologiapohjaisen interventioon osallistumiseksi (esim. tietokone, älypuhelin, internetyhteys). HUOM: Älypuhelin tarjotaan osallistujille tarvittaessa.
- Kyky lukea/kirjoittaa englantia tai espanjaa (koska meillä ei ole koulutettuja ACT-interventioasiantuntijoita muilla kielillä)
Hoitajan osallistumiskriteerit:

Potilaan poissulkemiskriteerit:
- Hoitaja ei suostu osallistumaan (standardihoitona kaikki kantasolusiirtopotilaat tarvitsevat hoitajan, mutta hoitajat voivat kieltäytyä osallistumasta tähän tutkimukseen, mikä tekisi potilaan kelpaamattomaksi tähän tutkimukseen)
- Psyykkiseen sairauteen diagnosoitu tai sosiaalisessa tilanteessa, joka rajoittaa tutkimusvaatimusten noudattamista
- Samanaikainen osallistuminen toiseen käyttäytymisinterventiotutkimukseen.
- Aktiviteettirajoitukset, jotka rajoittavat kykyä osallistua voimakkaaseen fyysiseen aktiivisuuteen
Hoitajan poissulkemiskriteerit:
- Potilas ei suostu osallistumaan
Psyykkiseen sairauteen diagnosoitu tai sosiaalisessa tilanteessa, joka rajoittaa tutkimusvaatimusten noudattamista
• Samanaikainen osallistuminen toiseen käyttäytymisinterventiotutkimukseen.
- Aktiviteettirajoitukset, jotka rajoittavat kykyä osallistua voimakkaaseen fyysiseen aktiivisuuteen

Kokeellinen: AKTivoi-haara
ACTivate-ryhmään osallistuvat osallistuvat ACTivate-tilaisuuksiin.
|
ACTivate-sessiot perustuvat hyväksymis- ja omistautumisterapiaan (ACT) ja harjoittelevat psykologista joustavuutta auttaakseen potilaita ja huoltajia noudattamaan liikunnan ja ravitsemuksen suosituksia epävarman ja vaikean hoitokulun, sivuvaikutusten ja komplikaatioiden edessä.
Sessioita toteutetaan yhteisesti (sisältävät sekä potilaan että huoltajan).
Interventionisteina toimivat maisteritason psykologian ammattilaiset.
Kaikki sessiot toteutetaan etänä ja ne nauhoitetaan.
