  • 환자는 조직학적 또는 세포학적으로 확인된 전이성 결장직장암이 있어야 합니다. 확인은 원발성 종양 또는 전이에서 이루어질 수 있습니다. 환자는 야생형 KRAS를 가지고 있어야 합니다.
  • 환자는 베바시주맙과 FOLFOX, OPTIMOX 또는 XELOX 중 하나를 병용하는 1차 화학 요법에서 문서화된 질병 진행 후 28일 이내에 등록해야 합니다. 이 진행은 bevacizumab의 마지막 투여 후 90일 이내에 발생해야 합니다. 옥살리플라틴을 중단하고 5-FU/LV 또는 카페시타빈 및 베바시주맙을 지속한 후 플루오로피리미딘 및 베바시주맙을 사용하는 동안 후속 진행이 있었던 환자가 적격입니다. 1차 설정에서 부작용으로 인해 베바시주맙을 중단한 환자는 자격이 없습니다.
