이 시판 후 관찰 연구(PMOS)의 목적은 하기도 감염 환자 또는 급성 악화 환자에서 1일 1회 1000mg 용량의 Klacid®SR 치료의 증상 완화, 내약성 및 순응도를 설명하는 것입니다. 만성 기관지염(AECB) 또는 경미한 지역사회획득폐렴(CAP).

상세 설명
이 PMOS는 유망한 공개 레이블 단일 국가 다중 센터 형식으로 수행됩니다. 조사 장소는 하기도 감염, AECB(만성 기관지염의 급성 악화) 및 CAP(경도 지역사회 획득 폐렴) 환자 치료 경험이 있는 GP(일반의), 폐렴 전문의 및 센터의 상담실이 될 것입니다. 이것이 PMOS가 될 것이므로 Klacid®SR은 선량, 모집단 및 적응증과 관련하여 현지 시장 승인 조건과 현지 가이드라인에 따라 일반적인 방식으로 처방될 것입니다. Klacid®SR을 처방하거나 처방하지 않는 결정은 피험자가 연구에 참여하기 전에 이루어집니다.

이 PMOS에 포함된 환자는 급성 기관지염, 급성 기관지염, 급성 기관지염, 경미한 CAP 및 비정형적인 원인에 의한 감염성 병인이 있는 만성 기관지염의 급성 악화가 있는 환자입니다.
설명
포함 기준:
18세 이상의 남성, 여성
- 급성 기관지염,
- 급성 기관지염,
- 급성 기관지염,
- 가벼운 지역사회획득 폐렴 또는
- 만성 기관지염의 급성 악화
제외 기준:
- 마크로라이드계 항생제에 대해 알려진 과민증이 있는 환자
- 기록된 신장애 환자(크레아티닌 청소율 30 ml/min 미만).
- 문서화된 간 실질 손상이 있는 환자(AST, ALT 및 GMT > 표준과 비교하여 3배 높은 수준)
- 다음 약물과의 병용 요법: 아스테미졸, 시사프리드, 콜히친, 피모지드, 테르페나딘 및 에르고타민 또는 디히드로에르고타민
