이 연구는 도시 주변 환경에서 인간 면역결핍 바이러스(HIV)에 감염된 성인 및 소아 환자의 1차 결핵(TB) 진단 테스트로 Xpert Mycobacterium Tuberculosis/Rifampicin(MTB/RIF)을 평가하고 정확한 사례에 미치는 영향을 결정할 것입니다. 이러한 설정에서 감지 및 치료 시작. 또한, TB-Lipoarabinomannan(LAM) Ag® 결정은 잠비아의 HIV 감염 환자를 위한 TB 진단 알고리즘 내에서 단독으로 사용하거나 Xpert MTB/RIF와 함께 사용할 때 추가 진단 가치를 모델링하는 데 사용됩니다.
