뇌졸중 후 급성 운동의 심혈관 효과 (ACES)

뇌졸중의 위험을 줄이는 최적의 재활 전략을 촉진하여 뇌졸중의 영향을 줄이는 것이 시급합니다. 뇌졸중 후 심혈관 건강을 개선하는 것은 재발성 사건의 위험을 줄일 수 있는 핵심 재활 전략입니다.

실험적: 운동
모든 참가자는 3개의 운동 세션을 수행합니다: 심폐 건강을 평가하기 위한 세션 1개, 중간 강도의 지속적인 운동 세션 1개, 고강도 인터벌 운동 세션 1개

참가자는 등급별 심폐 운동 테스트를 수행하여 심폐 건강을 평가합니다.
또한 동맥 경화의 급격한 변화를 조사하고 중간 강도의 지속적인 운동과 고강도 간격 운동을 모두 처방하기 위한 최대 운동 자극을 제공할 것입니다.
참가자는 중간 강도의 지속적인 운동을 30분 동안 수행합니다.
1주일 후, 참가자는 19분간의 고강도 인터벌 운동 세션을 수행합니다.

동맥 경직도는 휴식 시, 각 운동 자극 직후 및 각 운동 자극 후 15분 동안 지속적으로 측정하여 이 측정 후 급성 운동의 변화를 평가합니다.
동맥 경직도는 중심 동맥 경직도, 경동맥-대퇴 맥파 속도(cfPWV)를 측정하기 위한 기준 표준을 사용하여 측정됩니다.
동맥 경화는 압평 안압계를 통해 비침습적으로 평가됩니다.
cfPWV는 cfPWV=D(미터)/Δt(초)로 계산되며, 여기서 Δt는 경동맥과 대퇴 동맥 사이의 맥박 통과 시간이고 D는 두 동맥 사이의 거리입니다.
