고령자의 사회적 고립 퇴치: 간략한 기술 제공 개입의 수용 가능성 및 효능을 평가하는 무작위 임상 시험
증가하는 증거는 인식된 사회적 고립과 외로움이 노년의 신체적 및 정신적 질병의 주요 위험 요소임을 시사합니다. 70세 이상 미국 성인의 약 30%가 외로움이 심하다고 보고하는 등 미국 노인의 외로움이 만연한 것은 우려할 만합니다. 사회적 촉진에서 동물 치료에 이르기까지 사회적 고립과 외로움을 해결하기 위해 다양한 개입이 개발되었습니다. 많은 개입 연구가 노인의 외로움, 사회적 고립 및 관련 구조를 다루려고 시도했지만, 이 문헌은 충분히 개발되지 않았으며 확립되거나 널리 받아들여지는 일련의 치료법이 없습니다. 더욱이 기존 치료는 시간이 오래 걸리고 부담이 되며 중도 탈락률이 높은 경향이 있습니다.

HET는 건강한 행동을 늘리고 건강에 해로운 행동을 줄이는 데 초점을 맞춘 완전히 컴퓨터화된 1시간 제어 조건입니다.
