신체 활동의 중요한 구성 요소인 운동은 axSpA 관리의 초석으로 간주됩니다.
휴대폰 메시징 및 이메일과 같은 간단한 건강 기술은 일반 대중과 만성 질환 환자 사이에서 규칙적인 신체 활동 참여를 늘리는 데 유용한 도구가 될 수 있습니다.
따라서 이 연구 프로젝트의 목표는 신체 활동의 중요성에 대한 교육을 제공하고 기존 건강 기술(예: 스마트폰 애플리케이션)을 활용하여 신체 활동에 대한 규칙적인 참여를 장려하는 환자 중심 전략을 개발하고 테스트하는 것입니다.
이 연구의 결과는 axSpA 환자가 신체 활동에 대한 일상적인 참여를 증가시켜 증상, 기능 및 전반적인 삶의 질을 향상시킬 것임을 입증할 것으로 기대됩니다.
