상세 설명
심장병이 있는 어린이를 돌보는 기술이 발전했음에도 불구하고 심장병에 걸린 어린이는 퇴원 후에도 복잡한 치료가 필요한 경우가 많습니다. 여러 약물, 튜브 피드 및 의료 장비는 병원을 떠날 때 부모가 직면하는 치료 요구 사항 중 일부입니다. 당연히 많은 부모들이 병원에서 가정으로 치료를 이전하는 데 문제가 있다고 보고합니다. 임상 제공자는 퇴원 시 가족 교육 및 의사소통 문제와 관련된 불만을 표명합니다. 퇴원 후 자녀를 돌보는 부모/간병인의 신뢰를 개선하고 퇴원 후 임상 악화, 계획되지 않은 30일 재입원, 응급실(ED) 방문 및 외래 환자 약속 불이행을 포함하여 의도하지 않은 자원 활용을 줄이기 위한 개입 전략을 식별하기 위한 연구가 필요합니다.
연구의 목표 1에서 조사관은 반구조화된 질적 인터뷰를 수행하여 퇴원 후 심장 질환이 있는 고위험 아동의 치료 요구를 충족하는 데 있어 부모/보호자를 지원하기 위해 수정 가능한 장벽, 인식된 요구 및 개입 기회를 확인했습니다. 부모/간병인 및 의료인. 그리고 참가자의 응답을 기반으로 조사관은 고위험 아동을 돌보는 부모/간병인의 편안함을 개선하고 퇴원 후 결과를 개선하기 위한 지원 도구를 개발했습니다. 이 연구의 목적은 Nemours Cardiac Center의 5개 고위험 가족에서 이 지원 도구를 시험하고 그들의 경험을 바탕으로 수용 가능성과 타당성을 평가하는 것입니다.
