GpCRC 소아 위마비 레지스트리 2: 위마비 증상이 있는 소아, 청소년 및 청년 참가자의 증상 및 위 배출의 특성화 및 임상 과정
Pediatric Gastroparesis Registry 2의 목적은 위마비 및 위마비 유사 증후군(위마비의 증상이지만 정상적인 위 배출)이 있는 아동, 청소년 및 청년의 국가 예비 등록을 만드는 것입니다.

연구 인구는 미국에 위치한 Gp 증상이 있는 8-25세의 216명의 참가자입니다.
설명
포함 기준:
- 연령에 따라 서명 및 날짜가 기재된 정보에 입각한 동의서 및 승낙서를 제공합니다.
- 연구 기간 동안 모든 연구 절차 및 가용성을 준수하겠다는 진술된 의지
- 등록 당시 8~25세
- 최소 12주 지속되는 Gp 증상: 다음 중 일부 조합의 집합:
메스꺼움, 구토, 조기 포만감, 식후 포만감; 증상은 때때로 상복부 통증을 동반할 수 있습니다.
- 지난 12개월 이내에 4시간 에그 비터 프로토콜(또는 이에 상응하는 일반 액상 난백 식사)을 사용하여 고형분에 대한 위 배출 신티그래픽 연구를 수행했으며 다음 두 범주 중 하나에 속합니다.
- 지연된 위 배출 - 4시간 신티그래픽 위 배출 연구를 기반으로 비정상 2시간(>60% 보유) 및/또는 4시간(>10% 보유) 결과로 정의됨
- 지연되지 않았지만 Gp(이 연구에서 GLS로 지정됨) 증상이 있거나 이전에 소아 위마비 등록(PGpR) 연구에 참여한 위 배출
- 당뇨병 또는 특발성 Gp 또는 GLS의 병인
제외 기준:
- 신티그래픽 위배출 검사(계란에 대한 알레르기 포함)를 준수하거나 완료할 수 없음
- 임신
- 자폐 스펙트럼 장애, 상당한 발달 지연, 정신병(설문지를 작성할 수 없기 때문에)
- 일주일에 3일 이상 마약성 진통제를 사용합니다.
- GI 점막 질환과 관련된 상태의 존재(예: 염증성 장 질환, 알려진 호산구성 위장염 또는 호산구성 식도염, 위궤양, 소화성 궤양, 체강 질병)
- 지연된 위배출을 유발할 수 있는 다른 조건의 존재
- 상부 내시경(EGD), 상부 위장 시리즈(UGI) 또는 복부 CT로 확인된 위장관 구조
- 두개내압 상승, 공간 점유 또는 염증/감염성 군단과 같은 메스꺼움 및 구토를 유발할 수 있는 일차 신경학적 상태
- 급성 또는 만성 신부전(연령에 따른 비정상적인 크레아티닌) 및/또는 혈액투석 또는 복막투석
- 급성 간부전
- 진행성 간 질환(문맥 고혈압의 특징)
- 임상적으로 중요한 선천성 심장 질환(즉, 심장 수리 중 질 손상)
- 식도, 위 또는 장 수술의 병력.
- 미토콘드리아 질환 및 선천성 대사 장애를 포함한 대사 질환
- 만성 폐질환(낭포성 섬유증 포함)
- 심각한 만성 질환(예: 염증성 장 질환)
- 위 배출 연구 동안 운동성에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 약물 사용
- 조사자의 선택에 따라 증상을 설명할 수 있거나 연구 요구 사항을 방해할 수 있는 기타 조건.

기저선에서 복벽 통증에 대한 Carnett 징후의 유무. Carnett 징후는 복벽의 근육이 긴장될 때 (급성) 복통이 변하지 않거나 증가하는 임상 검사 소견입니다. 복부 검사의 일환으로 환자는 복부 근육을 긴장시키기 위해 검사 테이블에서 머리와 어깨를 들어야 합니다. 대안은 환자에게 똑바로 무릎을 꿇고 두 다리를 들어 올리도록 요청하는 것입니다. 양성 검사는 복강이 아닌 복벽이 통증의 원인일 가능성이 높다는 것을 나타냅니다(예: 충수염 대신 직장 칼집 혈종으로 인해). 음성 Carnett 징후는 환자에게 머리를 들도록 요청했을 때 복통이 감소할 때 발생한다고 합니다. 이것은 통증의 복강 내 원인을 가리킵니다. |
