연구자들은 1차 테스트 이후 진단을 받지 못한 환자들을 대상으로 유전성 출혈 질환의 진단 경로 초기에 게놈 테스트 도입을 테스트하는 것을 목표로 하고 있습니다.

상세 설명
현재의 표준화된 진단 테스트 프로세스를 사용하면 심각한 출혈 증상이 있는 사람 중 최대 50%가 원인 불명의 출혈 장애(BDUC)로 분류됩니다. 이는 출혈 점수가 양성이지만 현재의 모든 진단 테스트 결과가 반복적으로 정상인 사람으로 정의됩니다. .
진단 경로 초기에 게놈 테스트를 통합하면 진단 수율을 크게 향상시키고, 진단 지연을 줄이고, 환자의 불안을 완화하고, 보다 신속한 증상 인식과 표적 치료가 가능해집니다.

출혈을위한 유전자 패널 :이 분석은 희귀 응고, 혈소판, 결합 조직 및 출혈 장애와 관련된 것으로 알려진 유전자 목록을 살펴볼 것입니다.
현재 패널에는 318 개의 유전자가 있지만이 목록은 연구 내내 업데이트 될 수 있습니다.
연구 유전자는 국제 혈전증 및 혈액 성 (ISTH) Tier-1 (첫 번째 유전자 그룹은 진단 등급) 및 Tier-2 유전자 목록뿐만 아니라 공개 된 연구에서 확인 된 추가 유전자에 대한 유전자를 포함한다.
