Inclusiecriteria:

  • Heeft onbehandeld pathologisch bevestigd colonadenocarcinoom
  • Heeft resectabel colonadenocarcinoom gedefinieerd als klinisch T4N0 of stadium III
  • Heeft radiologisch evalueerbare ziekte
  • Heeft een tumor die de aanwezigheid van dMMR-status of MSI-H aantoont

Uitsluitingscriteria:

  • Heeft metastatische ziekte op afstand.
  • Heeft eerdere medische therapie (chemotherapie, immunotherapie, biologische of gerichte therapie), bestralingstherapie of operatie ondergaan voor de behandeling van darmkanker
  • Heeft een tumor die, naar het oordeel van de onderzoeker, symptomatische darmobstructie veroorzaakt of anderszins een dringende/spoedoperatie vereist
  • Heeft binnen 28 dagen voorafgaand aan inschrijving een grote chirurgische ingreep, open biopsie of aanzienlijk traumatisch letsel ondergaan
  • Heeft een voorgeschiedenis van interstitiële longziekte of pneumonitis
  • Heeft cirrose of een huidige onstabiele lever- of galziekte volgens de beoordeling van de onderzoeker gedefinieerd door de aanwezigheid van ascites, encefalopathie, coagulopathie, hypoalbuminemie, slokdarm-/maagspataderen of aanhoudende geelzucht
  • Heeft een voorgeschiedenis van allogene stamceltransplantatie of orgaantransplantatie
  • Krijgt een andere kankerbestrijdende of experimentele therapie. Geen enkele andere experimentele therapie (inclusief maar niet beperkt tot chemotherapie, bestraling, hormonale behandeling, antilichaamtherapie, immunotherapie, gentherapie, vaccintherapie of andere experimentele medicijnen) van welke aard dan ook is toegestaan ​​terwijl de deelnemer studieinterventie krijgt
  • Is zwanger, geeft borstvoeding of verwacht kinderen te verwekken binnen de geplande duur van het onderzoek
  • Heeft een voorgeschiedenis van ernstige allergische en/of anafylactische reacties op chimere, humane of gehumaniseerde antilichamen, fusie-eiwitten, of bekende allergieën voor dostarlimab, of zijn hulpstoffen, of componenten van FOLFOX of CAPEOX
