In this role, you will provide daily tactical support for upper-level customers, while partnering internally to achieve goals. You will ensure that customer expectations are met and align with our overall brand strategy.

Working on at least two accounts covering aesthetics and women’s health, you have the unique opportunity to build relationships with new clients, including a mix of U.S. pipeline communications and global consumer communications, including event support, social/digital media, traditional media strategy and execution, internal communications and thought leadership.

You will:

  • Maintain regular contact with clients; proactively offer and successfully implement new ideas and solutions to meet client needs and drive projects forward
  • Develop internal and external communications, ranging from website content and social media content and presentations and remarks for internal meetings to memos for various internal audiences and intranet posts
  • Regularly engage and collaborate with partners, creative team, vendors, media and other third parties
  • Manage timelines, calendars and overall account support materials
  • Manage budgets and monthly billing processes

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications or related field 
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a professional environment within the healthcare public relations and/or communications industries 
  • Experience working on a larger healthcare PR/comms agency team 
  • Experience and interest in science/data/regulatory (preferred), aesthetics and/or beauty (preferred), advocacy relations (preferred), traditional media (preferred), internal communications (preferred) and influencer engagement (preferred)
  • Experience in event/conference planning/management
  • Proven experience in client relations, plan development and budget management 
  • Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure in a fast-paced (but fun) environment 
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with internal staff and third-parties 
  • Drive to be a self-starter/self-motivator 
  • Enjoys the camaraderie of a truly collaborative teams

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
