Financial Planning Analyst

JOB SUMMARYServes as financial analyst on the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team, providing centralized and consolidated reporting supporting Finance and Go-To-Market functions. Position works closely with Sr. leadership team and reports to Manager FP&A. Produces financial and other business analysis, interpretation, and investigation of data.  Ensures all reporting activities are accurate and prepared within established timelines.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·Responsible for generating monthly reporting and variance analysis of actuals

·Provide detailed reports tracking headcount and open requisitions

·Assists with the process of loading annual budget and quarterly forecast into Oracle

·Works closely with manager to track budgets and support the presentation to Executive Leadership teams

·Assists and supports the accounting close as required

·Assists supervisor and others within Finance department with miscellaneous projects as directed by supervisor

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent education and experience.  Pharmaceutical or CRO experience preferred.
  • Strong English proficiency. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
  • Proficiency with accounting software packages are necessary and Oracle Finance experience preferred. 
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment is essential.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with confidential and sensitive data.
  • Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines is necessary.
