Job Summary

  • Partner with pre-commercial colleagues to analyze ways to position IQVIA for molecule to market solutions

  • Develop tools and solutions that will enable the Alliance Management Partnership Strategy Framework to ensure customers maximize the value of a strategic partnership with IQVIA, including outcomes measurements and value reporting (internal and external)

  • Support and consult with Alliance Managers on requests pertaining to client reporting (e.g. KPI implementation, identifying success measures, Bonus/Penalty terms, Standardized vs Custom approaches, clarification of processes, roles, portfolio management success measures)

  • Thought Partner in evolving the Mid-Market Segment strategy

  • Lead the analysis and incorporation of internal benchmarking data for use across business units

  • SME working with industry leading Metrics Champion Consortium (MCC) to identify internal FLs/AMs/BDs for priority topics and client related issues

  • Work with Account Managers/Delivery Heads to develop innovative approaches to meet the unique needs of their customers, as applicable

  • Collaborate with IT Data Governance team to ensure new data sets, measurement methodologies and key metrics are evaluated and operationalized

  • Communicate and implement lessons learned and/or efficiencies discovered upon completion of data analysis exercises performed by the Account Reporting Team

  • Assist team in defining ways to quantitatively measure health and satisfaction as mapped to partnership principles

  • Use data and analytics to support development of novel proof points that can be used to differentiate IQVIA amongst our competitors

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties, as required

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of 6+ years’ experience focused on clinical trial management and performance  

  • Background of effective delivery of small internal projects

  • Experience using emotional intelligence in working environment

  • Experience applying Lean Sigma principles to project buildout

  • TIBCO Spotfire development and analytics

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Extensive knowledge of IQVIA’s Data Management Platforms and data mapping

  • Thorough understanding of IQVIA’s business units in relation to Account Management

  •  Possesses large internal network with IQVIA Subject Matter Experts

  •  In depth knowledge of IQVIA SOPs as related to study processes and clinical trial management ICH/GCP regulation requirements

  • Knowledge of business area responsibilities as it pertains to overall operations delivery

  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Flexibility to manage several initiatives with changing priorities  

  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills including presentations, chairing meetings, workshop facilitation, business and report writing

  • Strong people skills

  • High level of responsiveness

  • Adaptable to change; experience in change management

  • Solutions oriented, even when way forward is not clear or initial roll-out is not optima

  • Ability to integrate teams to work in complex cross-cultural and changing environment

  • Demonstrable analytical, interpretative and problem-solving skill

  • IQVIA knowledge of process change methodologies, tools and techniques

  • Strong commitment to delivering a positive experience for multi-stakeholders and driving operational efficiencies

  • Understand business strategies and recommend methods for quantifying

  • Innovative, forward thinking
