纳入标准:
- 70 至 89 岁的男性和女性
- 明年在该地区居住至少9个月
- 老年人流行病学研究既定人群 (EPESE) 体能测试总分低于 10 分;能够在 15 分钟内完成 400 米步行测试,无需坐下且无需使用辅助设备(包括手杖)或其他人的帮助
- 能够理解并执行规定的学习程序;没有痴呆症的诊断
- 久坐不动的生活方式,即在过去一个月中每周花费不到 20 分钟进行定期体育锻炼
- 愿意给予知情同意,愿意被随机分配到任一干预组,并遵守他们被分配到的组的方案
- 成功完成行为磨合
排除标准:
- 坚持任何一种干预措施的潜在困难
- 无法或不愿给予知情同意或接受随机化
- 参与可能不安全
- 会干扰干预目标的严重健康状况
- 身体活动已经达到采用活动计划几乎没有额外好处的程度
- 自我报告无法行走两个街区
- 使用助行器或辅助器具完成 400 米步行
