该试验涉及的两个癌症部位是采用调强或不调强构象放疗治疗的中危前列腺癌,以及60岁以下患者在乳房保守手术后接受辅助放疗的乳腺癌患者。
识别出 5% 有严重毒性风险的患者应该允许在 95% 的严重晚期并发症风险较低的患者中进行高剂量放疗。

描述
前列腺癌患者的纳入标准:
- 局限性前列腺癌,经组织学证实
- 无转移(M0):骨闪烁显像正常
- 没有放射性淋巴结浸润 (N0)。
- 临床分期:T ≥ T1c-T2a 且 < T3b 或 T1b 或 c 且 PSA ≤ 10 ng/ml。 或者 Gleason ≥ 6 的 T1b 或 c
- PSA < 30 纳克/毫升。
- 根据 NCI/CTC v3.0 < 2 级的体征和症状
- ECOG 体能状态 ≤ 1
- 没有髋关节假体
- 内膜支架缺失
- 患者年龄 > 18 岁且 < 80 岁

前列腺癌患者的排除标准:
- 浸润性癌症的前因(除非 5 年多前接受治疗而没有进化),但基底细胞癌除外
- 精囊活检阳性
- PSA ≥ 30 ng/ml 连续两次给药
- 既往盆腔照射
- 既往癌症根治性前列腺切除术
- 患有另一种全身性疾病(心血管、肾、肝、肺栓塞等)不稳定或全身性硬皮炎的患者。
- 已知 HIV 血清反应阳性的患者(定义资格不需要特定测试)
- 已知纯合子 ATM(Ataxy 毛细血管扩张症)突变
- 不可能进行正确的跟进(由于社会家庭或地理原因)
- 无法提供同意的患者、受保护的专业、弱势群体

乳腺癌患者的纳入标准:
- 保乳手术
- 非转移性,M0
- 阴性手术切缘
- T1, T2;前哨淋巴结 N0、N1 或 N2 阴性。

- 年龄超过 18 岁且小于 60 岁或大于 60 岁且有加强照射指征的患者。

- 转移性患者
- 除原位外的双侧乳腺癌(同时发生或先前发生)
- T4 或 N3 或通过乳房切除术治疗
