详细说明
方法:对阿雷格里港医院门诊缺血性心脏病患者进行随机临床试验,男女患者均接受定期监测。
所有患者将在电影会议前进行 30 分钟的拉伸。
练习将是轻度到中度(3 到 6 之间的改良博格量表)。

描述
纳入标准:
- 通过心导管检查确定的缺血性心脏病诊断,至少有一根心外膜血管有50%的病变(如果患者曾有过急性冠脉综合征或已进行过血运重建,事件时间预计超过6个月)。
- 两性
- 可以每周两次来 HCPA
- 在进入心脏康复计划的条件下进行锻炼。
排除标准:
- 参与另一项临床试验。
- 存在自身免疫性疾病
- 使用口服抗凝药
- 机械或生物心脏假体瓣膜病变
- Presence 起搏器或植入式心脏复律器
- 12 导联心电图中的左束支传导阻滞
- 严重的肺部疾病
- 重度抑郁症或躁郁症
- 慢性房颤
- 左心室功能不全(射血分数<45%)
- 活动性感染或癌症(基底细胞癌除外)
- 慢性肾功能衰竭
- 文盲
- 无法理解同意书
