纳入标准：

根据世界卫生组织骨髓增生性肿瘤标准诊断原发性血小板增多症 (ET)，并符合细胞减灭治疗的指征
根据欧洲骨髓纤维化分级共识标准的修订版，骨髓纤维化评分为 0 级或 1 级
之前未接受过 ET 细胞减灭治疗
人类免疫缺陷病毒 (HIV) 感染者通过抗逆转录病毒治疗，艾滋病毒得到了良好控制
乙型肝炎表面抗原 (HBsAg) 阳性的参与者如果已接受乙型肝炎病毒 (HBV) 抗病毒治疗至少 4 周且 HBV 病毒载量未检测到，则符合资格
如果丙型肝炎病毒 (HCV) 病毒载量未检测到，有丙型肝炎病毒 (HCV) 感染史的参与者符合资格

排除标准：

任何可能干扰药物吸收的疾病/胃肠功能损伤史
有恶性肿瘤病史，除非已完成潜在治愈性治疗并且 2 年内没有恶性肿瘤证据
有卡波西肉瘤和/或多中心卡斯尔曼病病史的艾滋病毒感染者
存在需要全身治疗的活动性感染
在首次给药研究干预前 4 周内进行过大手术，或在首次给药前 4 周内尚未从大手术的副作用中恢复

Response options are on a 5-point Likert scale, ranging from 1 = never to 5 = always. The total score is used in the analysis and is obtained by summing keyed scores of all items.
