Inclusion Criteria:
- adult more than 21 years old
- open heart surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass
Exclusion Criteria:
- renal dysfunction
- reoperation
- use of inotropic support
- neurological dysfunction
- chronic pulmonary obstructive disease
- emergency or urgency
