Inclusion Criteria:
- body weight=40-90kg,
- height higher than 145cm
Exclusion Criteria:
- Known hypersensitivity to amide local anaesthetics,
- patients who do not understand English and Chinese,
- Body mass index higher than 35 kg per sq metre
