Inclusion Criteria:
- No clinically significant abnormal finding on physical exam, medical history, or clinical laboratory results on screening
Exclusion Criteria:
- Positive test results for HIV or hepatitis B or C
- Treatment for drug or alcohol dependence
- Female subjects who are pregnant or lactating
