Description
Inclusion Criteria:
- acute cervical or high thoracic spinal cord injury admitted to the ICU
Exclusion Criteria:
- substantial abdominal or thoracic injury
- substantial brain damage
- intubated or tracheostomized patients
- not able to cooperate
- pregnant women
