Inclusion Criteria:
- healthy, non-smoker on no medication
- normal glucose tolerance
- willing to have a catheter inserted in forearm
Exclusion Criteria:
- abnormal glucose tolerance
- abnormal BMI
- on medication for a chronic disorder
