Inclusion Criteria:
- patients candidate for PRK, 17<age<70
Exclusion Criteria:
- use of any systemic analgesic drugs, drug intolerance, need of systemic or topical administration of NSAIDs or eye drops for allergy and glaucoma, dry eyes, pregnancy, breast feeding
