Description
Inclusion Criteria:
- bilateral senile surgery
- age ranged from 53 to 78 years
- pupil mydriasis > 7 mm
- No history of previous ocular surgery
- gave consent for followup examination
Exclusion Criteria:
- coexisting ocular morbidities
- diabetes mellitus
