Inclusion Criteria:

  • Adult patients ventilated more than 48 h
  • Stable respiratory and hemodynamic conditions
  • Consent of patients or family
  • Arterial line

Exclusion Criteria:

  • Acute kidney injury
  • Obesity
  • Sevoflurane anaphylaxia
