Inclusion Criteria:
- Full term Newborn infant
- Tongue-tie upon physical examination
- Maternal complains of nipple pain or difficult latch
Exclusion Criteria:
- Abnormal oral or nasopharyngeal anatomy
- Any known congenital malformations
- Prematurity
