Inclusion Criteria:
- 2 to 4 years of age
- failure to thrive
Exclusion Criteria:
- Medication affecting appetite
- Medication interacting with Cyproheptadine
- Prematurity under 36 weeks of gestation
- Neurologic impairment
- underlying organic disease
