Inclusion Criteria:
- patients with acute ST segment elevated myocardial infarction in 12h
Exclusion Criteria:
- Cardiogenic shock
- old myocardial infarction
- other causes of cardiac insufficiency
- tumor
- Coronary anatomy unsuitable for PCI or Need of emergency coronary artery by-pass grafting
- Pregnancy
