Inclusion Criteria:
- Gestational age between 24-34 weeks
- Diagnosis of severe preeclampsia
Exclusion Criteria:
- Known antiphospholipid syndrome.
- Known presence of antiphospholipid antibodies.
- Patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.
