Inclusion criteria:
- healthy heterosexual couples
- in a stable relationship since > 1 year
Exclusion criteria: pregnancy
- breast feeding
- heavy smoking (> 5 cigarettes/d)
- extensive skin disease
- artificial UV irradiation during < 3 months before study inclusion
