Inclusion Criteria:
- ASA I-II,
- between age 20-60
Exclusion Criteria:
- patients having bleeding disorders,
- arrhythmia,
- hypertension,
- endocrine, liver or kidney disease and
- those who are on antihypertensive,
- anticoagulant drugs
