Inclusion Criteria:
- more than three years in good healthy
Exclusion Criteria:
- current infectious fever or acute disease
- upper respiratory infectious symptom within 6m
- a history of allergy
- laboratory confirmed influenza
- autoimmune disease
- have get influenza vaccine since 2008
